Shipping

Most pieces are finished to order. Once your order is placed, the studio completes, polishes and checks the piece, and it ships with tracking within 7–14 days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves.

Returns

If a piece isn't right, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. Write to us first and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece has been received and checked.

Pieces made in a size outside our standard range are final sale.

Silver care

Every piece comes with one year of complimentary silver care. If it needs cleaning or polishing, send it back and we will return it refreshed. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear, and keep it away from perfume, chlorine and hot water.
