  • If shipping to your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders of USD 200 or above: Free global shipping.

  • Orders below USD 200: A flat shipping fee of USD 25 will be applied at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is typically 2–5 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be indicated on the product page or in your order confirmation.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method; most international orders arrive within an estimated time frame provided at checkout.

  • Delays caused by customs inspections, local carriers, weather or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Sculptiva.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other fees imposed by your local authorities.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

  • Please use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs may apply.
